ATLander
All Terrains, All Tasks, All Times
The new ATLander from Ovlac is a highly versatile cultivator, specially conceived and designed for shallow cultivation up to 15 cm deep, minimising soil structure disturbance and promoting its natural conservation.
All Tasks
From first stubble cultivation to seedbed preparation, as well as mechanical weeding or the incorporation of cover crops and organic fertilisers, the ATLander proves its versatility throughout every season.
Its ultra-flat wide goosefoot shares, optionally available with tungsten carbide coating, ensure full overlap and an effective cut across the entire working width.
All Terrains
Thanks to its robust high-tensile steel tines and unique maintenance-free rubber protection system, the ATLander can operate efficiently in all types of conditions, even the most demanding ones.
The complete absence of bushes, pins or any other wearing parts makes it a 100 % maintenance-free system, resistant to fatigue and exceptionally durable.
The 50 cm tine spacing across four rows, 62 cm underframe clearance, and staggered tine layout ensure excellent residue flow and clog-free operation at all times.
All Times
The versatility of the ATLander makes it a universal cultivator, suitable for working all year round and in any type of soil or task.
Its modular design allows it to be fitted with a wide range of front and rear accessories, adapting perfectly to different working conditions and requirements.
Accessories
The ATLander can be equipped with a variety of front and rear attachments to adapt to any type of work and soil condition.
Levelling deflectors
The spring-mounted deflectors level the soil after the tines’ action, leaving a uniform surface on which the rollers can work optimally across the full working width.
Rollers and rear wheels
Depending on the type of work required, the ATLander can be equipped with different types of rollers or with rear wheels for precise depth control.
Both attachments are interchangeable at any time, and adjustment can be carried out mechanically using pins, or hydraulically from the tractor cab as an option.
V-Ring roller 500 mm
Provides good crumbling and reconsolidation of the soil. Ideal for a perfect finish ready for seeding. Not recommended for stony soils.
Notched roller 400 mm or 520 mm
This aggressive roller, made of ALE steel with a serrated notched bar, levels the soil without compacting it. Ideal in dry conditions: it perfectly crumbles clods and shreds surface residue. Not recommended for wet or sticky soils, nor for stony conditions.
Bar roller 480 mm or 540 mm
Ideal for soil finishing, even on light or previously worked ground. It provides excellent conditioning without compaction and works well in both dry and humid conditions. The simplest and most versatile roller in the range.
Synchronised front wheels
For even more precise control, the ATLander can be fitted with large-diameter single or twin front wheels.
In the hydraulic version, their adjustment is synchronised with the rear attachments, providing convenient and precise control directly from the tractor cab.
Tine harrow
The optional tine harrow (available with 1, 2 or 3 rows) helps keep cut weeds on the surface, promoting their drying and elimination. In the three-row version with large-diameter tines, the working angle can be adjusted according to soil conditions and the desired aggressiveness.
Single-row harrow
Mounted behind the roller and ideally combined with deflectors, it provides effective mechanical weed control.
10 mm harrow with 2 or 3 rows
With 40 cm length and 10 mm tines, this harrow—used with or without a roller—levels the soil and lifts weed roots to the surface. In the presence of heavy residue, it is recommended to work in floating position.
16 mm harrow with 3 rows
With 16 mm tines and 85 cm length, featuring adjustable attack angle depending on the desired intensity, this harrow easily passes through dense vegetation. It cannot be combined with a roller. A pair of wheels is recommended for optimal depth control.
Versions
Available in 6 m and 7.5 m working widths, the ATLander from Ovlac combines high performance, outstanding versatility, and low power requirement.
