From 23rd to 26th May, OVLAC<\/strong> was present at the Agriplanta-Romagrotec<\/strong> trade fair in Romania, under the motto \u2018From our passion for agriculture\u2019, which has successfully brought together since 2011 all the most important suppliers of Romanian agriculture and livestock farming.<\/p>\n

Held on an area of more than 36 hectares, the event combines three components that guarantee its effectiveness: exhibition in the field; demonstration plots; demonstrations with agricultural machines.<\/p>\n

Farmers find there not only quality technology, but also successful models of the use of agricultural machinery and equipment.<\/p>\n

At the Ovlac<\/strong> stand, our importers in the country: Marius Mitra, SC CESIVO SRL, SC BANAT TRACTOR SERVICE SRL and TECHFARM AGRO SRL, together with Jorge Calvo (OVLAC Manager) and Juan de Celis (OVLAC Export Manager)<\/strong>, presented a sample of the brand’s most popular and innovative implements, including: a Mini 9+2, an LF 4+1 reversible plough, a 7+1 semi-mounted plough, an XLander and a MiniVid Pro.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This is why investment in R&D<\/strong> for a company with such technological backing is necessary to keep up to date with the latest trends and demands of the agricultural sector.<\/p>

In this case, Ovlac<\/strong> has just acquired a new laser cutting machine with automated sheet metal storage<\/strong>, which has involved an investment of more than 1,000,000\u20ac.<\/p>

Ovlac<\/strong> thus internalises the vast majority of its cutting processes with the consequent improvement in the efficiency and flexibility of the production process<\/strong>.<\/p>

In addition, we have expanded our facilities<\/strong> with the purchase of new adjacent land of 10,000 m2, including 7,000 m2 warehouses, which will allow us to expand our production capacity significantly in the coming years, thus being able to respond to the growing demand for machines of our brand<\/strong> in the more than 25 countries<\/strong> where we are currently present.<\/p>

These latest acquisitions are part of a continuous investment process that demonstrates Ovlac<\/strong>'s commitment to the future.<\/p>

In the last 4 years alone, more than 5 million euros have been invested in various state-of-the-art machinery (welding robots, CNC machining centres, etc.), as well as in installations and software. And we must not forget the important expansion of Ovlac's most valuable asset: its human team<\/strong>.
