The last innovation in reversible ploughs.<\/strong> After more than 15 years marketing reversible ploughs\u00a0in\u00a0<\/span>more than 20 countries, and the experience that it entails, we felt it was the moment to take the next step in our models of the line S and L. That is how the XPerience<\/strong> is born, a reversible mounted plough which represents the future of our flagship products.<\/p>\n

Among its new improvements,\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>it features\u00a0<\/span>a super-tough\u00a0hollow\u00a0<\/span>headstock\u00a0shaft<\/span>\u00a0with space for hoses, made out of a single\u00a0cast\u00a0<\/span>piece, no welding, no possibility of fractures. Its parallelogram system allows a soft and simple regulation from the tractor\u00b4s booth, even\u00a0on-the-move<\/span>. The new design of the\u00a0legs\u00a0<\/span>assures an optimal flow of\u00a0trash<\/span>, while its compact design allows for work\u00a0up to\u00a0<\/span>the edge of the\u00a0field<\/span>. In addition, the wheel can be\u00a0placed either at the\u00a0<\/span>rear\u00a0or at the<\/span>\u00a0front\u00a0within the plough width<\/span>. Finally, the XPerience<\/strong> is made out of high elastic\u00a0limit (HEL)<\/span>\u00a0steel which assures its durability and performance\u00a0in the most adverse conditions<\/span>.
\nThe\u00a0working width of the\u00a0<\/span>XP models (XPF and XPH)<\/strong> can be adjusted manually\u00a0in 4 steps of 5 cm by changing the position of the brackets bolted on to the frame<\/span>.
\nOn the other hand<\/span>, all XP-V models (XPFV and XPHV)<\/strong> include Ovlac\u00b4s Varilabor system, which allows to change the working<\/span>\u00a0width between 30 and 50cm hydraulically from the booth.<\/p>\n

Besides that, the standard Automatic Memory System<\/strong> allows to retract the plough to its minimum width for a\u00a0gentle<\/span>\u00a0turn and avoids to hit the ground with the\u00a0wheel<\/span>, coming back then to the previously selected width.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, one of the distinctive features of the XPerience is the oscillating drawbar,<\/strong> characteristic of Ovlac; with it you can get automatic adjustment of the draw line and side alignment of the plough, achieving an always-straight job. Its automatic\u00a0locking<\/span>\u00a0system when lifting the plough\u00a0<\/span>make it a fundamental security feature.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Thus the XP-OL is designed to work with\u00a0tractors up to 3.2m wide.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Another very important point to consider is the ability to work with GPS auto-steering systems.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Agronomically, working on-land has a series of advantages, such as less compaction at the bottom of the furrow,\u00a0and improving traction which reduces fuel consumption and CO\u00b2 emissions.
