Die Ovlac Pfl\u00fcge der Serie S\/L sind mit einem hydraulischen \u00dcberlastsicherungssystem und einem Scherbolzensicherungssystem ausgestattet, das f\u00fcr den Einsatz auf allen B\u00f6den geeignet ist.<\/p>\n

Das hydraulische \u00dcberlastsicherungssystem von Ovlac <\/strong>ist so konzipiert, dass die Anzahl der beweglichen Teile minimiert wird. Dadurch wird die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit <\/strong>maximiert und die Notwendigkeit der Wartung <\/strong>vollst\u00e4ndig eliminiert. Bei leichten B\u00f6den kann der Ausl\u00f6sedruck verringert werden, um keine Steine an die Oberfl\u00e4che zu bringen, w\u00e4hrend bei schweren oder verdichteten B\u00f6den der Ausl\u00f6sedruck erh\u00f6ht werden kann. Au\u00dferdem ist bei den Modellen mit Scherbolzensicherung<\/strong> so berechnet, dass er bei einem Spitzendruck von etwa 3.000 kg bricht.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Es gibt zwei Modelle, die sich in der Arbeitsbreitenverstellung unterscheiden. Das Modell SH\/SF<\/strong> ist hydraulisch zwischen ca. 30 und 50 cm pro K\u00f6rper verstellbar (je nach K\u00f6rperabstand), w\u00e4hrend das Modell LH\/LF<\/strong> manuell in 4 Positionen eingestellt werden kann.<\/p>\n

Es gibt auch 4 Serien,<\/strong> die von der verf\u00fcgbaren Leistung abh\u00e4ngen. So werden der Rahmen, der Drehwerk und andere Schl\u00fcsselelemente je nach dem Aufwand, den sie leisten m\u00fcssen, dimensioniert.<\/p>\n

Die Ovlac-Volldrehpfl\u00fcge sind das Ergebnis langj\u00e4hriger Erfahrung<\/strong>. Dies spiegelt das Design wider. Der Rahmen<\/strong> ist im vorderen Bereich verst\u00e4rkt <\/strong>und frei von Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hten<\/strong>, um Belastungspunkte zu vermeiden. Geringer Abstand zwischen dem ersten K\u00f6rper<\/strong> und der Kupplung, um den Hebeaufwand zu minimieren. Einfache Bedienung und Einstellung<\/strong> (z. B. k\u00f6nnen die Vorsch\u00e4ler ohne Werkzeug eingestellt werden). Verschiedene Radtypen und alle m\u00f6glichen Optionen zur Anpassung an jeden Einsatz und jede Bedingung.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr leichtere B\u00f6den gibt es die leichte Serie der Ovlac-Volldrehpfl\u00fcge<\/strong>, die einen einfacheren Aufbau<\/strong> der Maschinen erm\u00f6glichen und somit das Gewicht erheblich reduzieren<\/strong> k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Ein besonderes Merkmal der Ovlac-Pfl\u00fcge<\/strong> ist die feste Kupplung oder die Ovlac-eigene Pendelnde Tragachse<\/strong>, mit der eine automatische Anpassung der Pfluglinie und der seitlichen Abdrift des Pfluges erreicht wird, so dass der Pflug immer gerade arbeitet. Die automatische Verriegelung w\u00e4hrend des Anhebens oder des Transports macht sie zu einem wesentlichen Sicherheitsmerkmal.<\/p>\n
